Harbor House of Central Florida held its 4th Annual Diplomats Reception at the celebrated home of Vipin and Hansa Mehta in Windermere, Friday February 11, 2011. As in years past, Harbor House staff and Board Members hosted residing Central Florida Consuls and other Diplomats from over thirteen countries worldwide. Over 300 people attended.
